Intentionally Green was founded to further educate people about the simple green choices that can be made to tread more lightly on our planet. The company serves to enhance the understanding that our actions do make a difference and small changes can make a significant impact. We can make better choices to help improve rather than hurt the environment by being Intentionally Green.

By making simple, important decisions on a daily basis, people can feel good and help the planet at the same time. By making buying decisions that support sustainable, green and socially responsible products and companies, you lend your buying power to areas that make a difference. By reducing carbon emissions and learning how to make simple changes, you can live the lifestyle you love but do less harm to the planet. Intentionally Green will show you how.

For example, this website is hosted by a company that uses 100% solar energy to run the servers to support this site. There is no energy drain to host this site. Carbon emissions are eliminated because the site is not relying on coal-powered energy sources to keep it running. It's an easy, economical and healthy choice and my support of this company not only insures that my website will not experience down time due to electrical issues (storms, surges etc.), but it serves my personal desire to make better choices.

I am proud to be a recognized member of Co-op America whose mission is to ultimately create a "socially just and environmentally sustainable society." And because of the conscious choices of using renewable energy to conduct business, Intentionally Green is proud to be a partner in the EPA Green Power Partnership. I've made intentional decisions to run a green business, not a business that tells others to be green. I live the lifestyle I promote. I believe that I should "be the change I want to see in the world". And I believe that others can do the same if given the knowledge, resources and encouragement. I believe others can be Intentionally Green.

It is easy to do and it feels great to know that you are doing more to help the world than harm it.

So it is my intention to help you learn how to make better choices to be more green while providing only top-quality, eco-friendly, green products to help you begin to live a greener life.
